I think the place is really nice compared to the other places I've looked at. Everything looks new and it is fairly spacious. The living room is huge. The 30 and the shuttle is about a minute walk away. It is also pretty close to the 202. The rent is 1600 and there are two rooms. Lisa and I will be occupying the master bedroom. The other room is spacious enough for two, but also would be a good room for a single. This located at Lebon and Regents. The least would start probably on Sept. 1st.
